Do you offer vegan or dairy-free options?
Yes, we have a range of dairy-free milks like oat and almond which can be substituted in drinks or used in our vegan chocolate bars. Many treats are vegan too.
Where do you source the cocoa beans from?
We use single-origin beans from across Africa, Central and South America. Tanzania, Uganda, Madagascar, Guatemala and more. We craft direct trade relationships for ethics and quality.
How long have you been making chocolate?
We started experimenting with bean-to-bar chocolate in 2019 before opening Fjåk café in 2021. Our head chocolatier has over 10 years crafting artisan chocolate.
Do you make chocolate suitable for food allergies?
Yes, we can accommodate many allergies by substituting ingredients. Please inquire with staff about options for milk, nuts, soy etc. We take care in avoiding cross-contamination.
What makes your chocolate different?
We focus intensely on ethical sourcing and crafting unusually flavorful bars you won't find in stores. We also offer a highly personalized drinking chocolate experience.
Can I customize my own chocolate bar?
We don't currently offer customized bars but you can mix and match our origin and percentage bars. Drinking chocolate allows full customization of cocoa, milk, sweetness, spices.
