Vesuvio Café og Pizza opened in 2013 with a mission to serve genuine Neapolitan-style pizza made with high quality ingredients imported from Italy. Francesco and his staff prepare the pizza dough and sauces from scratch daily. They use San Marzano tomatoes, imported buffalo mozzarella, Italian 00 flour, sea salt, fresh basil and olive oil to top the light and crispy sourdough crusts fired in an imported Italian wood-burning pizza oven.
In addition to pizza, Vesuvio offers fresh pasta dishes, salads, bruschetta and a tempting selection of Italian desserts like tiramisu. The menu has both meat and vegetarian/vegan options.
The restaurant has a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere where guests can watch Francesco and his chefs at work. Vesuvio is small so reservations are recommended, especially on weekends. Take-out is also popular.

Yes, we offer takeout which is very popular. We do not deliver but many people order takeout pizzas from us to enjoy at home.
Do you have vegan or gluten-free options?
Yes, we have two vegan pizzas on the menu (Vegan and Margherita Vegana), as well as a gluten-free pizza crust option.
Do you accept reservations?
We recommend reservations since we are small and can get quite busy, especially on weekends. Reservations can be made by phone or through the Book Table link on Google Maps/our website.
